A “Hair dryer” alternatively known as a “Blow Dryer” is an electronic device that is used to dry out wet hair rapidly. The device blows out warm/hot air, the intensity of air temperature as well as the speed of air blowing out of the dryer can be controlled with a switch/knob provided in the dryer. It works on the simple process of “Evaporation”, where water on the surface of hair dries out because of hot air blown over it.

Basic dryers are mostly used on a day to day basis for drying purpose whereas professional hair stylists use high end dryers that comes in with several attachments for different purposes and also assists in styling of the hair.
