AR Rahman does India proud with double Grammys – Looks cool in a new Hairstyle
AR Rahman won two Grammys for Best Compilation Soundtrack and Best Motion Picture Song at the 2010 Grammy Awards.
“This is insane, God is great again” AR Rahman words after getting his second Grammy Award. AR Rahman has earlier won the Oscars for two categories that is the Best Original Music Score and Best Original Song at the Academy Awards.
Amazingly he is very humble and has been known to keep a very low profile however he as has been thrown into the limelight and that too internationally with his music for Slumdog Millionaire. In fact only last week he was accorded the country’s biggest honor and that is the Padma Bhushan. Before that he has also won the BAFTA awards and the Golden Globe Awards.

A R Rahman started with the Hindi movie Roja about twenty years ago and since then it has been an unbelievable journey to the top. He says that music is his religion and his mother is his inspiration as he was raised by her despite all the poverty and hard days.
On a different note you will see that A R Rahman now has a more sleek look to the hair rather than the naturally flowing hair that he has all these years. So international recognition for sure has made A R Rahman look more dapper and stylish in the last one year. Wonder who his designer is ? Kudos to him to give him that style.
