Burning facial fat to lose fat cheeks and double chins

Double chins is a very big problem to many people but it is very unfortunate that most of the victims of this undesirable facial features brought about by poor dieting, lifestyles and lack of exercise. The first exercise involves opening the mouth and stretching it as wide as possible then holding the wide position for between 5 and 10 seconds. Relax the mouth for a few seconds the repeat the procedure about five times per set, three sets a day. One of the most effective double chin exercise is kissing the ceiling. You can do this exercise while seated upright or standing with the head tilted backwards and the face facing up. Pull your lips forward in a motion to kiss the ceiling and hold the position for a few seconds. Another effective exercise will involve pulling out the tongue and attempting to lick your neck while facing forward and the head upright. Doing these exercises several times daily will be beneficial in burning facial fat.
